• Qualifizierte Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden und Durchführung des Anforderungsmanagements • Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen und Angeboten • Durchführung der Planung, Koordination und Steuerung der Projekte • Erstellung von Projektpräsentationen und interne wie externe Reportings
🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Online- oder IT-Projektmanagement idealerweise im Agenturumfeld • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium • Kenntnisse in den gängigen agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden • Kenntnisse in UX/UI, SEO und gängigen Web-Technologien wie HTML, CSS, XML • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten in Präsentationen bzw. Kundengesprächen • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung • Selbstständiges, proaktives und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
