âą Manage high-budget advertising campaigns (+100k$/month) on multiple platforms, primarily Meta but also with Google, Bing, managing various clients / verticals âą Track and analyze performance (revenue, margin and quality) within your portfolio (20-25 clients) and continuously improve campaign performance âą Harness data to continuously improve quality, volume and revenue âą Test, learn, and iterate on new use cases to find the best ways to improve the existing advertising strategies âą Work with Sales and Marketing-Operations teams to build and operate acquisition funnels
âą 3+ years of experience in Search Advertising (Google/Bing) managing lead generation/conversion/acquisition campaigns âą Multi account management experience âą Strong performance mindset & analytical skills âą Proactive, creative, and data-driven âą Spanish fluent + English Fluent âą Experience with Spanish and international clients - knowledge of Spanish market / trends âą Strong attention to detail âą Good communication skills âą Eager to work & interact with an international team
