📋 Description

• You will temporarily assume responsibility for the financial management and overall oversight of a facility • You will lead and shape staff recruitment, workforce planning, personnel management, and retention • You will be the primary point of contact for all matters relating to the facility • You will promote and develop your colleagues through initiative and by setting a positive example • You will actively contribute to the professional development of your colleagues • You will support our facility managers with onboarding and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in social, nursing or healthcare management, or nursing qualification with an appropriate additional certification • Qualification according to §2 HeimPersV • Several years of professional and managerial experience in a care facility • Strong commercial and entrepreneurial thinking • High level of customer and employee orientation • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility • Willingness to travel regionally and flexibility
