📋 Description

• Assess the residents' outcome and quality of life during care visits, providing guidance and support • Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and systems • Analyze, organize, coordinate and ensure workflows, and advise on optimizing operational processes in the senior care centers • Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines • Ensure adherence to the quality management system's targets and to structural, process, and outcome quality standards • Support senior centers before, during and after visits by the Medical Review Service (MDK), supervisory authorities and other external inspections • Implement, further develop and evaluate the internal quality management system

🎯 Requirements

• Completed qualification as a registered/state-certified nurse • Further training and/or a degree in quality management, nursing management or healthcare management, followed by at least 3 years of leadership/management experience • Confident presence and strong communication skills • Analytical ability to identify problems, evaluate them and initiate appropriate measures • Competence in overseeing and implementing nursing-related tasks • High social and leadership competence combined with assertiveness • Ability to work independently and take responsibility • Excellent MS Office skills • Willingness to travel for regional duties within the Greater Munich area
