📋 Description

• Responsible for the construction logistics of a major project, working together with the project manager. • Planning, execution and management of the relevant logistics tasks. • On-site point of contact for all project stakeholders. • Documenting the induction/briefing of subcontractors on the construction site. • Conducting quality checks on subcontractors' work. • Preparing monthly documentation of completed services/work. • Independently identifying potential change orders/claims and supporting the preparation of claims/variations.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on and technically skilled; experience in the construction industry is an advantage. • Leadership ability in managing and coordinating subcontractors. • Team player with a solution-oriented and goal-focused approach to work.
