📋 Description

• Project planning & control • Overall responsibility for the planning, execution and completion of projects • Preparation and monitoring of project structure, schedule and resource plans • Budget and cost responsibility (controlling, reporting) • Risk management and opportunity assessment • Claims management and handling of change orders • Team leadership & coordination • Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams • Coordination of all project stakeholders (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning) • Interface management between trades • Personnel planning and resource allocation • Stakeholder & contract management • Main point of contact for the client • Communication with partners and subcontractors • Reporting to management • Negotiation of contract changes/variations • Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations • Technical responsibility • Approval/release of engineering deliverables • Quality assurance across all phases • Acceptance and warranty management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering • Minimum 5 years of international large-project experience in plant engineering • PM certification (PMP, IPMA B/A, PRINCE2) is an advantage • Experience in EPC / EPCM projects • Solid project management methodology knowledge and confident use of PM tools • Technical understanding of plant engineering • Knowledge of contracts • Experience with cost and budget responsibility • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
