📋 Description

• Audit and stabilization: review pipelines, properties, automations and permissions; identify errors and quick wins; optimize workflows. • Standardization and governance: define structure, naming conventions and usage rules by Business Unit; document usage processes for Marketing, Sales and Compliance. • Data, reporting and training: create dashboards per business unit, ensure data traceability and quality, and train teams for efficient CRM use.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing HubSpot as the primary CRM. • Experience organizing or "rescuing" CRMs in chaotic environments. • Technical-operational profile with a focus on execution and problem resolution. • Strong organizational skills, documentation ability, and internal communication. • Discretion and good judgment when handling sensitive information. • Experience in fintech, payments, high-risk verticals or working across multiple Business Units. • Knowledge of onboarding, KYC, KYB, or compliance processes. • Background in automations and revenue operations processes.
