📋 Description
• Work on the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll. • Configure calculation rules, compensation, benefits and payroll taxes/statutory contributions. • Perform functional analyses and propose improvements to payroll processes. • Work on integrations with Employee Central, Time Tracking and external systems. • Participate in testing, user acceptance (UAT) and post-implementation support. • Ensure legal and tax compliance of payroll processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years' experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll. • Experience in implementation and support projects. • Knowledge of payroll processes and labor/employment legislation. • SAP SuccessFactors Payroll certification. • Experience in global projects. • Knowledge of SAP HCM or Employee Central Payroll. • Knowledge of SAP CPI and SAP BTP.
