📋 Description

• Operational steering, planning and implementation of HR projects – e.g., in areas such as process optimization, digitalization, HR IT/system implementations • Analysis, optimization and further development of existing HR processes, and designing efficient, practical solutions for the HR team and business units • Close collaboration with HR leadership and support of the entire HR department in operational and project-related daily tasks • Participation in culture and change initiatives, including preparation, coordination and implementation of relevant measures • Regular reporting on project progress, risks and KPIs to HR leadership • Support in learning & development, particularly administrative and organizational tasks related to training, programs and development measures

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on HR projects or HR process management • Degree in Human Resources, (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or comparable qualified training • Strong project management skills, ideally complemented by experience in agile or traditional methodologies • Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style, combined with a high level of quality and sense of responsibility • Strong communication skills and pronounced team orientation • Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
