📋 Description

• Lead financial planning and build out Business Intelligence • Create, maintain, and further develop integrated financial plans covering the P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet • Conduct regular budget-versus-actual comparisons and variance analyses • Build and manage the BI landscape • Prepare financial and operational metrics for executive management • Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain Management • Analyze marketing KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and CLV • Analyze supply chain metrics such as inventory coverage, logistics costs, and contribution margins • Optimize margins and processes based on data • Automate data flows and reporting using Oracle NetSuite, Google Sheets, and relational databases • Report to the FP&A / Controlling Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Business Intelligence within an e-commerce, D2C, or retail scale-up • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets and experience with modern BI tools • Experience with ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite is a plus • Deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs, marketing efficiency, and working capital management • Experience with AI automation and agentic workflows in Finance • Strong analytical thinking • Highly hands-on approach to working with raw data • Ability to communicate complex financial results clearly and effectively • Business-fluent German and English
