📋 Description

• Design and implement cutting-edge OT & IoT security measures to safeguard critical data and production systems, ensuring high availability, integrity, and confidentiality • Lead risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, develop proactive strategies, and drive improvements in OT & IoT security across the organization • Advise decision-makers on strategic risk management, system migrations, and enhancing resilience, ensuring security is embedded in every business decision • Provide security expertise to project teams in the procurement and integration of new machinery and systems, defining clear security requirements for future technologies • Monitor and respond to OT security incidents, taking immediate corrective actions to minimize risks and protect operational continuity • Shape dormakaba’s OT & IoT security strategy, aligning business and technical needs with the latest industry trends and cutting-edge security standards • Track OT assets with SNOW, ensuring comprehensive visibility and control, while working closely with the SOC team to continuously improve security processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT or OT cybersecurity with experience in Microsoft O365 Security E5, Microsoft Sentinel, Nozomi IDS, Dispel Remote Access, Azure Security, Service Now and PaloAlto • Project management skills are a plus • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical teams • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for new technologies • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
