📋 Description

• Support Sourcing: Assist the Talent team with sourcing candidates across a range of roles. • Coordinate Interviews: Own the scheduling of interviews from end to end. • Manage Onboarding: Lead the coordination of new hire onboarding schedules. • Contractor Onboarding & Offboarding: Own the full lifecycle administration for contractors. • Raise IT & Equipment Requests: Coordinate IT hardware orders and equipment requests for new joiners. • Workday Requisition Management: Support the team in getting job requisitions created and maintained accurately in Workday. • Offer Coordination: Assist with the coordination of offers and associated paperwork. • Recruitment Admin: Provide general recruitment operations support across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of experience in Talent Coordination/ Recruitment Operations, ideally within a fast-moving SaaS or tech environment. • Coordination Excellence: Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and logistics across multiple time zones and stakeholders simultaneously. • Recruitment Operations Know-How: Solid understanding of the end-to-end hiring process and where coordination and admin support makes the biggest difference. • Sourcing Ability: Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates. • Systems Proficiency: Experience working in an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and HRIS (Workday preferred). • Contractor Lifecycle Management: Experience managing contractor onboarding and offboarding, with a good understanding of the compliance and admin steps involved. • Attention to Detail: You catch what others miss. • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Clear, proactive communicator who builds great relationships. • Self-Starter: Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in an agile environment. • Candidate Advocate: You care about every touchpoint.
