📋 Description

• Configure & support implementation of Dotmatics Virscidian solutions • Oversee implementation lifecycle from project kickoff through go-live • Collaborate with cross functional teams • Conduct demonstrations, training, and technical support • Lead discovery activities for data integration • Monitor data flow between databases, servers, and cloud services • Train customers on configured solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years + experience deploying Scientific SaaS solutions into the life science industry • Advanced experience in consulting customers in the Scientific/Life Science community • Advanced understanding of laboratory workflows from manual to fully automated • Data integration planning and coordination • Strong ability to focus on data first architecture • Working with lab informatics software, and knowledge of file transformations • In-depth user expertise in Oracle (SQL) • Advanced knowledge of building and deploying APIs
