• Manage and optimize all LinkedIn recruiting ads for internal roles • Screen and filter inbound applicants for Brand Managers, Consultants, Sales roles, and other internal positions • Review and sort resumes for Brand Manager roles hired on behalf of our clients • Conduct structured first-round interviews to ensure only top candidates move forward • Proactively headhunt high-tier talent on LinkedIn, Recruiter, job boards, and communities • Build and maintain strong pipelines of Amazon and e-commerce professionals • Collaborate with leadership to define role profiles and ideal candidate criteria • Improve and streamline the recruitment funnel, screening process, and candidate tracking • Keep detailed and organized candidate pipelines across multiple open roles
• Must have experience recruiting Amazon or e-commerce talent • Experience hiring roles such as: Brand Managers, PPC Managers, Consultants, Account Managers, Operators • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition • Strong background in sourcing and headhunting high-skill talent • Excellent screening ability and understanding of Amazon-specific experience • Confident conducting structured interviews • Excellent English communication skills • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and talent sourcing platforms • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple roles simultaneously
