• Establish and further develop the Northern India sales region • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets • Grow existing key accounts and sales partners, and identify and capitalize on new market opportunities • Coordinate sales activities with other departments (technical sales, customer support) • Plan and execute the annual sales budget
• Degree with a focus in Agricultural Sciences, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business/Economics, or Veterinary Medicine • Experience in the animal feed industry, including at least 3 years selling feed additives • Strong customer focus and a passion for sales success • Solid experience working in internationally operating companies • Willingness to travel internationally • Excellent English skills and fluent proficiency in at least one Indian language (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Kashmiri)
