📋 Description

• Maintenance, servicing, and installation of environmental and process measurement equipment • Organization and documentation of maintenance and service assignments • Handling customer inquiries regarding technical issues via remote support • Independently analyzing problems and developing solutions, with support from subject-matter experts as needed • Participation in an on-call rotation, including weekends, scheduled on a coordinated team basis

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technician training in electrical engineering, process engineering, or IT, or completed vocational training in a technical field combined with relevant practical experience • Good knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and/or mechatronics • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks • Team-oriented approach and enthusiasm for varied responsibilities • Comfortable working at heights • Strong commitment to quality • Category B driver's license • Business-fluent German • Proficient English skills • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends, on a scheduled basis
