📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable back-end systems and APIs for high-impact applications • Deliver production-ready code and new features in a 24/7 sports betting environment • Balance agility and scalability to support rapid product rollouts and performance at scale • Own the full software development lifecycle from design through maintenance, performance tuning, and reliability improvements • Triage, investigate, and resolve production issues • Optimize components for high-volume, real-time demands, speed, and efficiency • Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical execution with product goals • Mentor peers and drive quality standards across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any relevant combination of education, experience, and training • At least 3 years of professional experience in object-oriented backend development using languages such as C# • Deep knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns, and backend system architecture • Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems in cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Advanced proficiency writing and maintaining automated test suites, including unit, integration, and performance tests, for large-scale backend services • Ability to mentor and grow other engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and collaborative debugging • Gaming license may be required as a condition of employment
