• You are the first point of contact for all customer inquiries — primarily by email. • You do not work from a script. • You understand problems, solve them, and provide structured feedback to Product and Legal. • During the first 6–12 months you will fully learn the customer support operations and then take ownership of your own project within the Customer Service team.
• Experience in customer support — ideally at a startup or in a digital environment. • Fluent German and fluent English (written and spoken). • Confident use of tools such as Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and comparable systems. • A stable employment history — we value reliability and consistent execution. • Completed vocational training or a degree. • Experience in eHealth, SaaS, or regulated environments is a plus.
