• The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for driving sales of technical solutions to the mining industry • Develop and execute regional account plans • Generate new business through new account acquisition • Monitor contract status and improve contracting processes • Lead negotiations for new and existing contracts • Coordinate cross-functional teams for bid proposals • Identify and manage key corporate customer relationships • Provide demand forecasts and supply chain insights • Deliver market intelligence via distribution and customer channels • Develop and integrate regional sales strategies across international markets
• Deep understanding of mining industry technologies including cyanide, Glycat, leaching, analyzers, and AI optimization • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into customer value propositions. • Skilled in preparing and presenting technical bid proposals and solution packages. • Proficient in managing high-value contracts (>$10 million), including negotiation, renewal, and compliance. • Strong grasp of commercial terms, risk mitigation, and legal considerations in industrial sales. • Experience with contract lifecycle tools and CRM systems.
