📋 Description

• Collaboration with selected entrepreneurial insurance brokers • Supporting our clients with the implementation of an AI software • Regular monitoring of the software's performance and impact • Assisting in the development of AI-driven sales campaigns • Organizing and leading key meetings related to client relationships • Supporting the further development of the business model

🎯 Requirements

• You have a hands-on mentality and aren’t afraid of new challenges • Some familiarity with insurance sales is preferred — it doesn’t have to be completely new to you • You work independently and don’t require constant supervision • You prefer a dynamic environment over rigid hierarchical structures • Motivation is more important than hard skills — show that you like going above and beyond • You should be comfortable interacting with people • Nice-to-have: experience working for or as an insurance broker • You’re at least aware that AI can be an important technology for the industry
