📋 Description

• Lead business growth through national account development • Drive category growth and profitability • Influence product assortment, inventory strategy, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR) and executive-level customer meetings • Represent the company at major industry events • Support franchise owners and field sales teams in driving Heavy-Duty growth • Develop and deliver sales training, product education, launch readiness programs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in national accounts, strategic sales, category management, or business development • Experience working with HD distributors, fleets and carriers, dealership groups, large aftermarket customers • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities • Experience leading cross-functional projects in a growth-oriented environment • 5+ years of Heavy-Duty aftermarket experience (preferred) • Bachelor's degree (preferred) • Working knowledge of major Heavy-Duty engine platforms (Cummins, Detroit, Volvo/Mack) (preferred) • Understanding of aftermarket distribution, category management, pricing strategy, inventory planning, product launch execution, CRM and forecasting experience (preferred)
