• Developing and maintaining relationships with important decision-makers at various customer accounts • Serving accounts and visiting clients throughout the Inland Empire market • Identifying, developing and typically closing new sales opportunities • Creating demand for the organization's products and services by raising its profile with customers • Achieving revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account • Conducting regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred) • 2+ years of B2B sales experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport • Ability to prioritize time and resources to achieve metrics and complete task • Multi-task, prioritize, organize and coordinate projects to meet simultaneous deadlines • 1+ years of auto glass or collision experience (added fuel if you have)
