📋 Description

• Own one named operational area: the hiring machine or client delivery operations, determined during the paid trial. • For hiring operations, run the funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, maintaining the tracker, and identifying process failures. • For client delivery operations, plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; hold timelines, brief the team properly, and prevent work from stalling. • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close it without being asked. • Make real operational decisions daily and be judged on the quality of those decisions. • Make calls on live work from the first week of the trial. • Receive direct feedback on decisions and improve execution. • Help grow Drop Zero Digital’s AI image service.

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job. • During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day; you can keep your current job during the trial. • If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days. • Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us. • Strong written English. • Based in Romania. • Track working time with the company’s time tracking tool from day one. • Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months. • Provide verifiable employment history, including employer, dates, title, and paid status, evidenced by contract and payslips. • Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying. • Complete an application with a short Loom video, written step, aptitude tests, recorded video interview, founder call, and paid trial. • Make decisions and take ownership of them. • Distinguish which decisions are yours to make. • Use feedback constructively and adapt. • Identify failing processes and communicate problems clearly and honestly.
