📋 Description

• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial • Run hiring processes end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker management, and identifying process failures • Plan, brief, chase, and ship client work • Hold timelines and ensure work does not stall • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked • Make real decisions daily and take ownership of outcomes • Identify failing processes and communicate problems clearly and honestly • Make calls on live work from the first week of the trial • Receive direct feedback on decisions and adapt accordingly

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job • During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day • Can keep your current job during the paid trial • If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days • Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us • Strong written English • Based in Romania • Track working time with the company time tracking tool from day one • Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months • Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying
