📋 Description

• Grow Drop Zero Digital’s AI image service • Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial • For hiring operations: find, screen, and hire people; run the funnel end to end; source candidates; chase; schedule; maintain the tracker; identify broken processes • For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; hold timelines; brief the team properly; prevent work from stalling • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close it without being asked • Make real daily decisions and take ownership of their outcomes • Identify failing processes, including company processes, and report them clearly • Complete a paid six-to-eight-week trial performing the real job

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job • During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with 2 hours at a fixed time inside the working day; current job may be retained during the trial • If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days • Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live • Strong written English • Based in South Africa • Track working time with the company’s time tracking tool from day one • Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months • Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying; employment details are verified with contracts and payslips
