📋 Description

• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial • Run the hiring funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying process failures • Plan, brief, chase, and ship client work while holding timelines and preventing stalled work • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked • Make real operational decisions daily and take ownership of their outcomes • Identify failing processes, including company processes, and communicate problems clearly and honestly • Make calls on live work from the first week of the trial and respond to direct feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job • During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with the company, including 2 hours at a fixed time inside the working day • Ability to keep a current job during the paid trial • If successful, give notice and join full time within 30 days • Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with the company • Strong written English • Based in Philippines • Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one • Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months • Employment history must be accurately represented and verifiable through contracts and payslips
