📋 Description

• Advise clients on the operational and strategic implementation of the GDPR • Act as an external Data Protection Officer (or deputy) where required • Support organizations in the legally compliant implementation of AI solutions • Assess AI tools for data protection compliance and requirements such as the AI Act • Prepare Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) • Conduct external audits • Develop practical data protection policies and concepts • Conduct workshops and coaching sessions to raise awareness of the secure handling of sensitive data • Establish and audit Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), and lead related IT compliance projects when supported by IT security expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial professional experience as a data protection consultant, Privacy Manager, or IT compliance consultant • Relevant certifications preferred, such as DSB TÜV/DEKRA or CIPP/E • Strong affinity for IT and technology, particularly AI technologies and cloud architectures • Knowledge of the legally compliant use of AI and cloud architectures • Solution-oriented and structured approach, combined with a strong hands-on mentality • Excellent communication skills and a professional manner when dealing with clients • Team player • Very good German language skills • Good English language skills • Solid IT security expertise, such as ISO 27001, TISAX, or NIS 2, is a major advantage
