📋 Description

• Lead multiple large-scale solution design projects simultaneously across regions and industries • Act as the primary solution design lead in customer engagements throughout the bid and proposal process • Analyze customer requirements, operational data, and RFP documentation • Develop robust and competitive contract logistics solutions • Design end-to-end warehousing and supply chain solutions • Drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, engineering, automation, IT, and commercial teams • Develop and deliver customer presentations and solution proposals • Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards • Support implementation planning, solution handover activities, and change management processes • Contribute to DSV's global solution design methodologies, standards, and tools • Share best practices, market insights, and innovative concepts across the Global Solution Design community • Shape complex contract logistics solutions for global customers and support strategic growth across markets, industries, and products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in contract logistics solution design, warehouse engineering, or supply chain consulting • Experience within third-party logistics (3PL), supply chain consulting, or large-scale logistics operations • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, network design, operational modelling, pricing strategies, and financial analysis • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-country and cross-functional projects • Strong commercial acumen • Experience developing customer pricing models • Knowledge of warehouse automation and logistics technology solutions is highly desirable • Fluency in English • Excellent computer software skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO and AutoCAD required • Experience with MS Access, simulation software and/or network modeling software is a plus • Experience with simulation or network modelling tools is considered an advantage
