• Manage digital products for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe across all phases — from market analysis, ideation and piloting through validation to success measurement and continuous optimization • Independently take on project tasks within a product team focused on operations, development and further enhancement of digital real estate offerings within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (Sparkassen Financial Group) • Co-responsible for planning, prioritization and implementation of requirements — including capacity planning, risk assessment, and ensuring quality, deadlines and budget compliance • Co-manage the professional control and further development of central digital real estate offerings • Transparently document project progress, prepare decisions, create decision papers and actively contribute to achieving targets and the overall success of the large-scale project • Analyze market and user needs, identify relevant trends and derive strategic potential for new digital product ideas • Validate ideas and measures for existing and new products, services and business models related to real estate, as well as lead generation, lead qualification and conversion • Design central use cases across the entire customer journey and translate them into viable functional and technical requirements • Structure ideas, design features and translate them into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria • Drive implementation in time, quality and budget in close cooperation with IT, UX/UI, Data, Communications and other areas using agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) • Independently develop implementation strategies and actively help prioritize measures • Manage internal and external teams and make a significant contribution to advancing the product vision and business objectives in measurable ways • Handle stakeholder management and customer communication at 2nd level • Design and deliver presentations, workshops and webinars to inform, enable and inspire internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in the development, modeling and implementation of digital business models / business cases • Ideally a completed degree (e.g., in business administration, information technology or a comparable field) and professional experience in product management • Ideally familiar with agile development methodologies and common tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc. • Creative as well as analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking • A genuine team player with strong persuasive communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented manner
