📋 Description

• Plan and coordinate the company’s pre-sales and social selling activities. • Manage the pre-sales team (SDRs), ensuring productivity and quality in lead outreach. • Develop strategies to recover lost leads and re-engage them into the sales funnel. • Oversee engagement with social media followers and convert them into qualified leads. • Set targets, KPIs and regular monitoring routines for the team. • Work in partnership with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and messaging. • Continuously train and develop the pre-sales and social selling team. • Use CRM tools to track lead progress and report results. • Lead commercial negotiations through to partnership closure. • Maintain ongoing relationships with partners to build trust and foster loyalty.

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate to fluent level of Spanish • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields) • Previous experience in pre-sales, SDR, inside sales, commercial customer service, or social selling • Experience in leadership or mentoring roles is desirable
