• Create original and adapted scripts for different formats (long-form for YouTube, short and dynamic for TikTok and Reels). • Research trends, hashtags, and topics relevant to each platform. • Structure narratives that capture attention in the first seconds. • Collaborate with production, editing, and social media teams to align strategies. • Adapt language and style according to the target audience and platform. • Ensure consistency in brand voice and identity. • Review and revise scripts based on performance metrics and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in creative writing and storytelling. • Knowledge of the dynamics and algorithms of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. • Ability to adapt content for different formats and lengths. • Strong written communication skills and creativity. • Organized and able to meet deadlines.
