📋 Description

• Plan and execute growth strategies for the YouTube channel; • Develop content topics, formats, and ideas aligned with the brand's objectives; • Create briefs for recordings, editing, and audiovisual productions; • Manage the publishing calendar for videos and YouTube Shorts; • Optimize titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, and keywords to increase reach and views; • Monitor performance metrics, audience retention, viewership, and channel growth; • Identify trends, trending topics, and opportunities for content production; • Collaborate with internal teams to turn knowledge and projects into relevant content; • Propose initiatives to increase subscribers, engagement, and brand visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing or growing YouTube channels; • Familiarity with YouTube Studio and analytics; • Knowledge of YouTube SEO; • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable improvements; • Excellent written communication and organizational skills; • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented profile.
