• Deliver the regional revenue, margin, and volume plan across technologies, priority segments, and strategic accounts • Own commercial performance metrics including pricing discipline, margin expansion, past dues, DSO, DSI, travel expense budgets, and working-capital impact • Own revenue forecasting and planning for the current and forward years • Provide evidence-based regional views for operating and business review discussions • Build and govern a high-quality Salesforce.com pipeline • Drive demand generation, white-space capture, replacement mapping, share-of-wallet expansion, and new-revenue conversion • Steer product and service mix, pricing, channel effectiveness, and margin actions • Run regional pipeline huddles, KAM pipeline reviews, demand-generation routines, and commercial operating cadence • Convert regional marketing plans into executable commercial priorities and account plans • Own customer segmentation discipline and strategic account plans in Salesforce.com • Lead channel strategy and performance management • Mobilize TS&D, marketing, customer service, demand planning, and product management to accelerate opportunity conversion • Partner with Demand Planning to reconcile forecasts, pipeline signals, order book, supply availability, and revenue timing • Partner with the Regional Marketing Manager on product mix, pricing, margin improvement, and innovation launches • Use customer seminars, trade shows, industry engagement, and targeted campaigns for demand generation • Build new business through white space, new customers, new applications, replacement opportunities, competitive displacement, and growth segments • Shape early-stage commercialization, value propositions, technical validation, pursuit strategy, and handoffs • Maintain Salesforce.com data quality and opportunity discipline • Develop senior-level relationships with end users, OEMs, EPCs, consultants, distributors, and value-chain influencers • Lead the sales team to deliver growth and pipeline commitments • Set KAM expectations for account strategy, opportunity creation, pipeline quality, revenue timing, forecast accuracy, pricing discipline, and Salesforce.com usage • Coach KAMs on deal strategy, prioritization, negotiation, close plans, and development • Identify and develop key talent, succession actions, development plans, and performance feedback • Own the group budget and direct resources toward priority customers and growth opportunities • Drive sales excellence through Salesforce.com, pricing tools, dashboards, and productivity applications • Create cross-functional alignment and resolve execution barriers • Participate in regional sales meetings, commercial reviews, pipeline huddles, demand reviews, and performance-management routines • Complete goal setting, employee development planning, performance reviews, and people-management activities • Perform assigned duties safely and in compliance with company requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred • Demonstrated capability in negotiation, prioritization, persuasion, influence, interpersonal effectiveness, change leadership, and crisis management • Strong CRM discipline and financial acumen • Experience leading commercial teams in complex, project-based, or technical markets • Proven commercial leadership and ability to deliver through teams • Strong ownership of revenue, margin, pipeline, forecast quality, pricing discipline, and working-capital outcomes • Ability to generate, qualify, shape, and convert new business through customer insight, value selling, pipeline management, and cross-functional execution • Deep understanding of customer economics, market dynamics, competitor moves, channels, buying processes, and value-chain influencers • Understanding of DWS strategy, values, culture, products, services, and capabilities • Financial and operational acumen including pricing, margin, demand planning, forecasting, CRM discipline, and business-performance tools • Strong judgment on revenue timing and forecast risk • Clear commercial communication across customers, industry stakeholders, functional partners, and business leaders • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills • Intra-EMEA travel required, typically up to 35% of the time
