📋 Description

• Define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility in collaboration with senior management • Create detailed work plans identifying and sequencing activities needed to complete projects • Execute projects according to project plans • Develop forms and records to document project activities • Set up and secure project information files • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure successful completion • Establish communication schedules to update stakeholders and relevant organizational staff • Communicate with funders as outlined in funding agreements • Monitor and approve budgeted project expenditures • Prioritize and document requirements comprehensively • Interact effectively with clients, suppliers and internal production teams to deliver solutions and meet deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years’ experience and above in Project Management, preferably within Banking/FinTech or Insurance • Proven experience managing projects within Risk, Regulatory and Compliance environments • Strong Delivery Management experience • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology environments • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, issue management and dependencies • Experience working within regulated financial services environments • Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Information Technology or a related field • Recognized Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM or an equivalent PM certification • Strong planning, coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project environments would be advantageous • Legal right to work in South Africa without employer sponsorship
