📋 Description

• Overall management of facility management (FM) service providers (providers) • Contract and performance management • Point of contact for colleagues on all building-related matters • Interface management between internal and external partners • Reporting and budget responsibility for the FM area • Supporting tenders and negotiations • Process optimization in provider management

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field • Solid professional experience in managing service providers, in facility management, or in building operations within a regulated environment • Familiarity with topics such as access control, resilience/redundancy, or workplace design • Experience in contract and SLA management • Fluent German (C1) • Analytical and business-minded thinking • Initiative and ability to work independently • Clear communication and a confident manner • Team-oriented collaboration with internal and external partners
