📋 Description

• Responsibility for the efficient and effective management of our cleaning projects. • Leadership and motivation of a team of cleaning staff. • Planning and coordination of cleaning operations. • Monitoring and control of cleaning quality. • Preparation and management of duty rosters and timesheets. • Budget management and cost control to optimize resource utilization. • Maintenance and development of customer relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in a leadership role, preferably in building cleaning. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • High customer focus and service-oriented mindset. • Ability to work independently and in a structured way. • Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with relevant software solutions.
