📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery using SAP Activate, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and transition to operations • Manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations across various modules, aligning with client HR and business requirements • Oversee delivery across S/4HANA, ECC, integrations, and cross-module SAP workstreams • Coordinate project governance, reporting, RAID management, steering committees, and stakeholder communications • Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams on scope, resources, and quality outcomes • Manage project financials, timelines, dependencies, and vendor engagement for on-time and on-budget delivery • Support design workshops, requirement validation, and Fit-to-Standard processes • Lead cutover planning, readiness assessments, and post-go-live support handover • Contribute to delivery excellence across SAP and RISE-based transformation programs

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-to-senior level SAP Project Manager experience • Demonstrated experience delivering medium to large-scale SAP programs • Strong hands-on project delivery experience with SAP SuccessFactors, highly desirable • Experience across S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or broader SAP modules • Experience with RISE with SAP highly regarded • Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP project governance frameworks • Proven success managing cross-functional SAP implementation teams and complex delivery environments • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop-facilitation skills • Ability to work across multiple SAP workstreams beyond SuccessFactors when required • Full-time permanent candidates only; contractors are not sought • Clear legal working rights in Australia or New Zealand; sponsorship is not offered • Successful applicant must undertake employment screening
