📋 Description
• Pflege und Anpassung bestehender No-Code/Low-Code-Automatisierungen (n8n, Make) • Integration und Wartung verschiedener Plattformen (u.a. SendGrid, Airtable/Postgres) • Anpassung und Erstellung operativer E-Mail-Templates • Unterstützung bei AI/ Automation im Customer Care (nach Bedarf) • Unterstützung bei AI/ Automation Use Cases für die Content-Erstellung für Blog & Magazin (nach Bedarf) • Enger Sparringspartner für den CTO bei operativen Automatisierungsthemen
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung • Generalist:in mit „Bessermacher“-Mentalität – proaktiv, eigenständig, wartet nicht auf Briefings • Erfahrung mit No-Code/Low-Code-Automatisierung (n8n, Make oder vergleichbar) • Sicherer, praktischer Umgang mit AI-Tools im operativen Alltag (OpenAI, Claude o.ä.) – kein Data-Science-Hintergrund nötig • Grundverständnis von Plattform-Integrationen und Datenhaltung (APIs, Airtable/Postgres) • Unternehmerische, selbstständige Arbeitsweise • Verfügbarkeit ab 15. August 2026 • Bereitschaft für 20–25 Std./Woche • Freelance-Verfügbarkeit für eine Laufzeit bis Ende Q1 2027
