📋 Description

• Create and maintain user accounts, security access, and permissions for client workgroups and domains • Maintain familiarity with client hardware and operating systems • Monitor servers to identify performance concerns and troubleshoot issues • Install new server software, apply security patches, update existing applications, and remove unused software • Conduct backups and preventative maintenance for client systems • Respond to user connectivity concerns and resolve issues within the scope of the role • Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level engineers • Teach users how to operate equipment and use supported technology effectively • Assist with communications hardware installations and minor equipment repairs as part of training and development • Communicate with leaders, teammates, and customers • Build strong customer relationships and customer satisfaction • Report to the Supervisor, NOC • Work Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. EST

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree required • Two years of experience in a networking or related technical field • A+ certification • OEM equipment certifications • Microsoft certifications • Familiarity with ASTEA • Familiarity with client hardware and operating systems • Ability to create and maintain user accounts, security access, and permissions • Ability to monitor servers and troubleshoot issues • Ability to install server software, apply security patches, and update applications • Ability to conduct backups and preventative maintenance • Ability to resolve user connectivity issues • Ability to interpret technical procedures and translate information for different audiences • Clear business writing and documentation skills • Applicants must be located in Mexico
