• Provide first-line support across phone/chat/email for the Oracle Primavera product set; triage, resolve & escalate within SLA. • Carry out supervised installation & configuration of Primavera toolset components (P6 EPPM/PPM), building capability through structured learning. • Gain supervised exposure to PPDC and cloud environments (OCI/Azure); maintain data quality & complete audits to process. • Produce clear documentation; contribute to the knowledge base. • Gather stakeholder information and communicate clearly. • Comply 100% with policy & SLAs; apply structured support practices; commit to continuous learning. • Contribute to team delivery and support sales activities as directed.
