📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and lead a team of software engineers • Set standards for code quality, architectural design, agile timelines, and production rollouts • Architect, optimize, and maintain complex, multi-tenant FileMaker applications • Design and implement integrations between FileMaker and AWS serverless infrastructures • Collaborate with full-stack engineering teams using JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks • Build robust user interfaces and decouple legacy dependencies • Drive advanced database design and data modeling connecting FileMaker with PostgreSQL via Hasura • Identify and implement AI tools and automated workflows • Streamline development, accelerate data migration testing, and enhance product capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level mastery of the FileMaker platform, including complex scripting, advanced relational design, server management, and Data API utilization • Proven experience designing and deploying serverless applications on AWS • Deep understanding of multi-tenant SaaS structures • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js • Experience working alongside full-stack engineering teams • Extensive experience building, consuming, and securing RESTful and GraphQL APIs • Track record as a technical lead • Experience managing aggressive software development timelines • Experience driving complex integrations across different systems • Hands-on approach to exploring new technologies, including AI integration • Ability to sit/stand for up to 8 hours per day • Ability to move freely for up to 8 hours per day • Local candidates only • Successful completion of any required post-offer background checks, drug testing, and/or fit-for-duty physical examination
