• 5+ years of experience, ideally in an early-stage startup • Proven experience driving growth in a 0→1 environment • Demonstrated history of exceptional performance and rapid career progression • You've built something from scratch, it could be a company, product, side project, or growth engine, and can clearly articulate the metrics you personally owned and improved • You've attracted exceptional people to join you before you had meaningful brand or budget, and have experience leading high-performing teams • You'd rather launch an experiment this week than spend the week writing a strategy deck • You thrive in ambiguity, create clarity, and execute with exceptional organization. • Strong analytical instincts and excellent communication skills • Fluent in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese
