• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a strategic, proactive, and personable Business Development Manager to help grow our portfolio of partner businesses. • This role is critical in identifying potential business acquisitions, building meaningful relationships with founders and business owners, and guiding them through the client's process.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, investment origination, M&A advisory, or B2B sales (experience working with Australian clients a plus). • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. • Excellent English communication—both written and verbal. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive). • A genuine interest in business, investment, leadership, and succession planning.
