⢠Identification and outreach to potential B2B customers (e.g., IT managers, CIOs, heads of digital transformation). ⢠Initiate first contact via digital channels such as email, LinkedIn, phone, or at industry events. ⢠Qualify leads based on technical requirements and business needs. ⢠Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs in a structured manner. ⢠Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and optimize the lead-nurturing process. ⢠Document, maintain, and analyze customer and sales data in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). ⢠Ongoing market monitoring and competitive analysis within the IT environment.
⢠Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification. ⢠Some professional experience in IT sales, ideally with OTRS solutions or in the ITSM domain. ⢠Good understanding of IT service management, helpdesk solutions, and process automation. ⢠Confident use of common sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo). ⢠Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
