📋 Description

• Administer, support, and monitor network infrastructure • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve connectivity, availability, and performance incidents • Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot network equipment and services • Configure and administer LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and corporate network environments • Support the administration of routing, switching, firewalls, and other infrastructure components • Monitor the performance, availability, and capacity of network environments • Perform root cause analysis of incidents and recurring problems • Support changes, deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements • Collaborate with Information Security, Infrastructure, and other technical teams • Keep technical documentation, procedures, inventories, and network diagrams up to date • Contribute to best practices for availability, performance, and security • Support network infrastructure expansion, modernization, and evolution projects

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience administering and supporting corporate networks • Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and networking concepts • Knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs • Experience configuring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN environments • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NAT, and ACLs • Knowledge of firewalls and security principles applied to network infrastructure • Experience with monitoring tools and availability and performance analysis • Experience handling and resolving incidents in corporate environments • Ability to analyze and diagnose infrastructure problems • English proficiency for working in a technical environment and using industry documentation • Analytical, problem-solving mindset • Troubleshooting and technical investigation skills • Proactive and self-directed approach to responsibilities • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills when working with cross-functional teams • Ability to work in dynamic and critical environments • Commitment to service availability, security, and quality • Preferred qualifications: knowledge of high-availability environments, cloud networking, infrastructure automation, network observability/monitoring, and certifications related to Networking, Infrastructure, or Information Security
