📋 Description
• Ensure all reservations are accurately booked and managed • Maintain accurate student records on the in-house booking system • Input bookings into EC's central booking system • Prepare visa letters and letters of acceptance • Generate reports for Admissions • Train and work closely with interns • Keep up to date with market needs and special offers • Follow up on students’ arrival details and necessary waiver forms
🎯 Requirements
• Post-secondary level of education • Good command of written and spoken English • Experience with reservation systems / CRM • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Customer service experience • Tech-savvy • Experience in EFL/ESL Industry • Fluency in other languages (Italian/French/Spanish) is a plus
