📋 Description

• Conducting hearings; • Drafting defenses (answers), appeals, and legal briefs of high, medium, and low complexity; • Case management and monitoring; • Updating internal and client case management systems; • Conducting internal audits and audits at client request; • Assisting and supervising activities of the department's interns; • Reading and handling court publications and notifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed); • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association); • Experience in all stages of legal proceedings; • Previous experience in civil litigation is desirable; • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
