📋 Description

• Provide legal support for the company's treasury operations; • Support the team on capital markets transactions and other initiatives related to the company's financial structure; • Work on matters related to debt issuances (debentures, promissory notes, commercial papers, CRA, CRI, etc.), derivatives, trade finance (PPE, ACC, ACE, NCE, CCE, foreign exchange) and other structured transactions; • Provide legal support for negotiations and structuring of financial transactions and intercompany operations within the group; • Analyze and review legal documents related to financial transactions (CCB, loans, financings, BNDES operations, external loans under Law 4.131, on-lending operations, syndicated loans), guarantees, sureties, insurance and other corporate financing instruments; • Maintain a close interface with internal areas, especially Treasury and Finance; • Support strategic projects involving debt management and capital structure; • Interact with external law firms when necessary to obtain technical support on specific transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active Brazilian Bar (OAB) registration; • Experience in at least one of the following areas: capital markets, bank contracts, financial transactions or corporate treasury; • Previous experience at law firms (banking or capital markets practices), financial institutions or in-house legal departments handling financial transactions; • Familiarity with concepts related to debt issuance, derivatives, structured transactions, trade finance and financial contracts; • Advanced English required for reviewing and drafting documents and participating in calls with international stakeholders; • Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills; • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and on the company's strategic projects.
