📋 Description

• Review procedural documents, including answers/defenses, appeals and filings • Supervise and guide a team of attorneys and interns • Maintain direct contact with clients and align legal strategies • Assist in controlling and monitoring the team's docket/schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Completed law degree; postgraduate specialization in Consumer Law and/or Civil Procedure preferred • Active OAB/SP registration (Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo section) • Experience in civil litigation and consumer law • Experience with LegalDesk and Projuris case management systems • Experience with companies in the vehicle rental sector • Agility and organization • Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent demands • Strong oral and written communication skills • Regular attendance and reliability • Productivity • Ability to work autonomously and in a team • Leadership development and coaching • Team management and relationship skills • Client and peer relationship management • Institutional engagement and collaboration • Good interpersonal skills • Strong writing, communication and logical reasoning skills
