📋 Description

• Receive and register new cases, ensuring accurate entry of information into internal systems; • Conduct initial case review to identify the procedural stage and schedule procedural deadlines; • Analyze case publications, classify them, define strategic workflows and assign them to the responsible attorney; • Oversee service/citation workflows, ensuring timely distribution of cases for the preparation of defenses; • Monitor procedural deadlines, maintain accurate calendar control and mitigate the risk of missed deadlines; • Validate case information and keep internal systems up to date; • Provide support to legal teams regarding case workflows and control-related requests; • Identify inconsistencies and propose improvements to the department's internal processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; • Active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association); • Experience in Banking Law, Civil Law, or Consumer Law; • Experience in legal control (legal operations) or in mass civil litigation, preferably on the defendant side; • Knowledge of procedural stages and deadline calculation; • Familiarity with case management systems; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; • Organized, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of prioritization and effective deadline management; • Good communication skills, analytical ability and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
